De Wolfe Music owns/controls both sides (composition master recording) to all compositions of the tracks within our production music library. This means that media producers can quickly and easily clear all the rights they need from one single source.
A license grants permission to use a certain track or track(s) in a particular production or set of productions. It protects media producers from claims of copyright infringement and the fee associated with it supports the livelihoods of the composers, musicians, engineers and folks administering the collection.
In the UK and US, please go to each country's licensing page for more information:
While each country operates in their own way, generally speaking our music can be licensed on a per case basis, blanket coverage in a production, or blanket coverage for all productions within an organization.
The cost for each license is dependent on the nature of the production and the rights required. In the UK we operate in conjunction with MCPS and their rate card:

In the UK all licensing is handled through the MCPS portal where a license is issued as soon all the information is collected.
In the US, most licenses are issued the same day the request comes through, with the exception of those that come in after business hours. The more details you can provide up-front, the faster we can provide you with a quote & deliver the license and invoice.
For productions in other territories, please contact your local affiliate for licensing details.
The majority of licenses grant coverage in perpetuity, meaning that once licensed, your production can be shown/heard forever as long as the usage falls within the perimeters of the rights clearances. There are exceptions to this, mostly for advertisements with shorter shelf lives, where term limitations are placed.
