A request for a music
license must be submitted to DeWolfe immediately following
the completion of a production and prior to any exhibition
or broadcast. A request for licensing can be made via email,
online, phone, mail or fax. Delay in the request of a music
clearance may result in a penalty fee. |

A valid DeWolfe Music
license grants you the right to use both the recording (master)
and the composition (musical copyright) This is sometimes referred
to as the synchronization right. |

Performing rights are
not included in a standard DeWolfe Music license unless specifically
stated and a separate, additional fee has been paid to DeWolfe
Music. |

A valid DeWolfe Music
license is granted upon full payment of a one-time license
fee. |

A license covers the
specific production(s) and clearance(s) only. Any revisions
or alterations, (i.e. tags, foreign languages, etc.) in any
manner, audio or visual, is considered a new production and
an additional license is required. |

All licenses granted
are worldwide and in perpetuity unless otherwise noted. |

DeWolfe Music USA issues
non-exclusive license agreements for productions synchronized
in the United States and its territories, Mexico, Central and
South America, and the Caribbean only. For licensing outside
of these regions, please contact one of our established oversees
